Warranty

Tornek-Rayville brand watches come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and workmanship. This warranty does not cover misuse, scratches caused by normal use, modifications or service to the watch not performed by Tornek-Rayville, or damage caused by natural disasters. When contacting us regarding a warranty claim please have your order number and the watch’s serial number on hand, if applicable. The service center will provide you with instructions for shipping your watch back to one of our offices. Any required repairs and return shipping and handling is covered by this warranty. The warranty is not transferable. You may have specific legal rights according to the state in which you reside. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, the legal rights conferred upon you by your particular state.
